Ceramic Wear Liners
Ceramic wear liners can be suitable for many different applications. The tile size, shape and layout will be determined by the customers’ protection requirements. When assessing which configuration will provide the required protection level, we consider lump sizes, drop heights and working angles.
Our wear liners can be produced with cylindrical, hexagonal or rectangular ceramics of various sizes and thicknesses. Our engineers can recommend the best suited tile or combination of tiles to deliver the maximum protection for your equipment. Numerous fixing methods are available to enable installation in any situation. Ceramic liners will provide the ultimate protection for your chutes, pipes and side liners.
We provide wear lining systems in rubber ceramic, ceramic only or rubber only.
