J-Loc
The J-Loc system is a clone of the highly successful Pipo® Three design but offers greater security for the module support frame. The module frame is positively locked down with the aid of polyurethane locking cams.
Importantly, only the top section is replaced while the structural support remains in the screen to be used again and again, reducing the cost of screen maintenance.
J-Loc’s separated reinforcement and skin gives the mat a very “live” surface, reducing or eliminating blinding entirely. Open area is thereby maximized for the life of the deck without any costly and time-consuming wash downs. Sticky, moist feeds with high clay can still be screened, and screen utilization increases maximizing throughput and profitability.
The J-Loc system is also available in the ultra high open area continuous slot aperture. The continuous slot surface has 40 to 50 percent greater open area than the standard polyurethane modular panels of the same aperture.
