ST PAUL, MINNESOTA, July 29, 2010 – Johnson Screens Inc., a Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE: WFT) company, announced today the acquisition of M.A. Ind. (MAIND) of Cesena, Italy.

MAIND, established in 2000, specializes in the design and manufacture of separation, removal and processing systems for liquid/solid separation. With thousands of installations worldwide, MAIND serves industries such as, food and beverage, wastewater, pulp and paper, mining, power, and oil and gas.
