Johnson Screens Announces Acquisition of Martint Environmental.

ST PAUL, MINNESOTA, July 13, 2010 – Johnson Screens Inc., a Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE: WFT) company, announced today the acquisition of Martint Environmental of Lexington, South Carolina, USA.

Martint Environmental, established in 1998, started with a vision to build better equipment for fluid treatment and processing in industries such as textiles, food and beverage, wastewater, pulp and paper, mining, power, and oil and gas. Building upon this vision, Johnson Screens looks forward to expanding on our existing presence in these industries.
 
Martint Environmental’s product line includes filter presses, clarifiers, dredging and other liquid/solid separation equipment, as well as extensive field experience and processing knowledge.
