Polyurethane Spray Nozzles

The importance of applying correct spraying techniques is often the most under-rated function in the screening process. Johnson Screens is very much aware of its importance and has therefore designed a range of spray nozzles renowned for their versatility. Our wide range of quick interchangeable nozzles allows the user to maintain the spraying function effortlessly.

The DC and jumbo nozzle operate with maximum efficiency in the 1, 8-2 bar pressure range. There is no need to remove the nozzle for cleaning purposes, simply twist the adjuster while spraying is in progress to clean the nozzle out.

Spray nozzles are manufactured with a standard thread to fit a BSP 3/4-in. pipe socket. The splash master is available.
