Pressure Screens

Johnson Screens is partnering with TamPulping Oy to offer a new generation of single- and multi-stage pressure screens, applicable in fine screen applications, i.e., recycled fibers, mechanical pulp, broke screening and machine screen applications.

Both pressure screen types offer a complementary series which gives a high flexibility to build different screen rooms with lower energy consumption and with a lower overhead cost. Small pressure screens equipped with electron beam drilled baskets can be used for the cleaning of process waters of fiber recovery.

In addition to the single- and multi-stage pressure screens, coarse screens are also available for recycled fiber and broke.
