Rubber Ceramic Pipe Lining

Rubber and ceramic wear lining systems can be applied to piping systems including fixed equipment. The tile size, shape and layout will be determined by the customers’ protection requirements. When assessing which configuration will provide the required protection level, we consider velocity of the slurry, the ore type and the maximum lump size in the slurry. 

Our wear liners can be produced with cylindrical, hexagonal or rectangular ceramics of various sizes and thicknesses. Our engineers can recommend the best suited tile or combination of tiles to deliver the maximum protection for your pipeline.
