Johnson Screens^® Rotary Sludge Thickener (RST) cost effectively reduces liquid content of slurries and sludge in a variety of municipal and industrial applications. The RST is comprised of a flocculation tank, multistage rotary drum constructed out of Vee-Wire^®, wash system, collection basin and control panel.

The Centre-Flo is an in-channel, ‘in to out’-type travelling band screen suited for screening water and wastewater. Intakes for drinking water plants, fish hatcheries, industrial process water, power plant cooling water, desalination plants and many other applications require careful design consideration in order to responsibly protect the aquatic life at the intake.

The Inclined Rotary Screen (IRS) is installed at an angle of 35 degrees and is used for fine screening of sewage and industrial effluent where screening and solid extraction ability is desired within a single unit. The screen drum is constructed out of Vee-Wire^®; however, perforated plate and mesh designs are also offered. The IRS can be installed either directly in the channel or in a separate tank.

The process of removing water and creating a solid from drill pit waste is a need which can be addressed while reducing the disposal cost of the solids and water from the drilling operation, saving hauling costs and disposal fees.

A belt filter press is a bio-solids/sludge dewatering device that applies mechanical pressure to chemically conditioned slurry, which is sandwiched between two tensioned belts, by passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rolls. The Screenmat is a step screen suited primarily for screening of sewage. The Screenmat is typically installed in a channel at an inclination of 30 degrees to 40 degrees.
