Horizontal Vessel Support Grids

Johnson Screens offers ideal bed supports for horizontal vessels that offer a uniformly flat media interface with integrated sealing built into the Johnson Screens^® grid system. The grid panels are manway installed and bolted together to form a quality assembly interface. Special sealing designs assure allowance for thermal growth and simplicity of assembly.

 

Johnson Screens horizontal grids are used in ammonia, scot and claus sulfur, absorbent beds, filter systems, coalesors and activated carbon systems. They can be self-supporting or furnished with beams.
