Pipo® Three
The Pipo Three system is a versatile, “next generation” modular screen which delivers exceptional performance in a wide range of screening conditions. The system was designed specifically to address the issues of cost, screen utilization and availability, ease of maintenance and safety; all of which are vital to any plant’s ongoing viability.
The Pipo Three system is unlike any other modular polyurethane panel, using a support structure that clips into our Pipo Two intermediate rail and a removable working screening surface.
By separating the internal reinforcement and the screening surface, only the top section is replaced while the structural support remains in the screen to be used again and again, reducing the cost of screen maintenance.
Pipo Three's separated reinforcement and skin gives the mat a very "live" surface, reduce or eliminating blinding entirely. Open area is thereby maximized for teh life of teh deck without any costly and time-consuming wash downs. Sticky, moist feeds with high clay can still be screened, and utilization increses maximizing throughput and profitability.
The Pipo Three system is also available in the ultra high, open area, continuous slot aperture. The continuous slot surface has 40 to 50 percent greater open area than the standard polyurethane modular panels of the same aperture.
