Pipo Vee-Wire Panel

Johnson Screens has designed the ultimate modular screen surface for applications where stainless steel Vee-Wire^® is best suited. It uses a combination of Vee-Wire for the screening application and polyurethane to provide the longitudinal Pipo^® clip or hold-down system. The full range of Vee-Wire shapes and aperture variations is available in this combination system.

Pipo Vee-Wire is ideal for the rigors of heavily loaded banana screens in drain and rinse or de-slime applications where the combination of high open area and impact resistance is essential. The Vee-Wire component can be chrome plated to increase wear resistance and the duration of accurate screening performance.
