Punched Rubber Tension Mats
Punched rubber tension mats are suited to most screening applications. The use of rubber will reduce noise, blinding, pegging and offers exceptional wear capability. Johnson Screens® punched rubber tension mats are manufactured using two layers of premium quality, wear-resistant rubber. Tyre cord reinforcement is situated between the layers.
Thinner cloths with a thickness of 0.04 in. / 3 mm to 0.60 in. / 15 mm have single-ply fabric reinforcement while thicker clothes with a thickness of 0.8 in. / 20 mm to 1.4 in. / 35 mm have two layers. The polyester fabric reinforcement allows for correct and constant tensioning of the cloth.
