Refurbishing

Instead of scrapping worn-out screen baskets, Johnson Screens can refurbish them, lengthening production life and adding value. Regenerating the profiled surface of the basket will bring it back to as good as new, at a considerably lower cost than buying a new basket. A hard carbide coating is used to ensure a long lifetime after refurbishing.
 
In addition to refurbishing screen baskets, Johnson Screens can also refurbish worn rotors.
