Shaftless Screw Compactor
Johnson Screens® Shaftless Screw Compactors offer a simple, cost-effective solution for the dewatering,
compaction, and reduction of screenings besides various other process or waste materials.
They can be applied to numerous industrial or commercial applications including paper mills, abattoirs, food production, refineries, etc, for either recovery or removal purposes, or to waste flows to reduce separated screened solids.
Single units can be supplied over 16 ft. / 5 m long facilitating screw conveyor transfer with final compaction. Increased lengths can be supplemented with Johnson Screens Shaftless Screw Conveyors allowing extended transfer capabilities. This could be over undulated areas and include vertical elevation if necessary.
