Tiro® Vibe

Tiro^®, “Tap In, Rip Out” Vibe screen is an extension of the Poly-Vibe^® in which smaller panels are actually snapped onto the support frame of the screen. The advantages of such a screen are:

• Only worn panels need be replaced
• Screen panels are much smaller than a full-hooked screen panel
• Screen panels are lighter and safer for the maintenance team

Replacement is carried out with a lever and a mallet. Wires are rectangular rather than round and therefore have improved wear results and higher open area.
