Wear Linings

Johnson Screens engineers specialize in designing wear-resistant components for critical process equipment. Our wear liners have evolved from the arduous operating environments of the Chilean copper industry. Wear linings are available in a variety of formats, manufactured from one of our durable rubber compounds, or a tried-and-proven polyurethane blend. We can also supply composite liners of rubber with ceramic facings and rubber with hardened-steel inserts.
