Fractal Laterals

Johnson Screens has a patented advanced collector distributor system design that allows for fractal control of fluid flow in a media. 

Fractal collectors and distributors are fractal in that the residence time for a path through the upper header lateral and collector header lateral is the same for each exit/entrance pair in the system. It allows for a better use of the media and an increase in overall process efficiency.

Rotary Sieves

Johnson Screens® rotary sieves allow for large flows to be pumped over the Vee-Wire® sieve screen inside, which separates the liquids and solids as the system rotates. The slurry is pumped into the rotary sieve, and as the liquid and smaller solids pass through the slots in the screen, the larger solids travel down the length of the screen to the discharge end.
