OEM Screens

As an alternative to the standard welded Vee-Wire^® screen, Johnson Screens also offers the unique Vee-Wire looped wire screen. The looped-wire construction eliminates the need for welding. Instead, the wire is wrapped around the rod, creating a very durable screen. 

In media retention applications, the media is frequently removed for regeneration or reactivation.

A Johnson Screens^® conical screen, with its angled sides and clear center outlet, facilitates easy media removal from the vessel.

Johnson Screens offers a multitude of screen configurations and sizes for both internally- fed and externally-fed rotary sieve equipment. Screens are used for effluent solids separation and by-product recovery in a wide variety of municipal and industrial waste water and food processing applications.

Johnson Screens offers curved and flat Vee-Wire^® screens for 120° pressure fed boxes. The screening ability of the screen is determined by its percentage open area. Our screens have up to 50 percent more open area because of our greater range of narrower wire profiles. The wires can be as narrow as 0.020 in. / 0.5 mm and up in 0.010 in. / 0.25 mm increments.

Johnson Screens’ team of experienced welder fabricators are available for on-site installation, repairs and screen replacement. Our team can evaluate the condition of screens and make recommendations as to the best course of action to allow the screens to operate at maximum capacity. 

Johnson Screens’ unique internal design of the inline mixer uses ordinary line pressure to create high levels of turbulence, enhances the mixing of fluid additives with the product stream. Made from PVC with no moving parts, it is virtually maintenance-free and installs quickly and easily with no special tools or additional components.
